Contest Information and Rules:
The competition will take place on 4 days spread on 2 weekends for all Lima Radio Members.
An extra registration is not required, all Lima Radio Members are welcome !
Here are the dates:
- Saturday the 10th May from 00:00 till Sunday the 11th May 23:59
- Saturday the 17th May 00:00 till Sunday the 18th May 23:59
The participating stations must start in one of the two following groups.
- Max TX power up to 100 Watt
- Max TX power unlimited
No change of group within the contest !
The aim of the competition is to contact as many stations as possible (both LimaRadio and non-LimaRadio) and thereby collect as many points as possible.
At the contest, you have to work over sky waves ! Sporadic E and Backscatter is ok too.
Connections over ground wave are forbidden and may not be logged !
There are special stations called “Jolly stations”.
The Jolly Stations will be announced before the start.
Reaching these stations will earn you 100 points for each Jolly station !
Score system:
- 10 points for every contact
- 20 points for every contact to a Lima Radio Station
- 100 points for contact with a LR Jolly Station
- At the end, all points are multiplied by the number of different countries (divisions/DXCCs)
Example:
You have a total of 62 contacts
- 50 contacts to non-LimaRadio stations also 50x10 = 500
- 10 contacts to LimaRadio stations also 10x20 = 200
- plus two LR Jolly stations also 2x100 = 200
and a total of 11 different divisions were worked. Then the score is 500+200+200 multiplied by 11
So (500+200+200) x 11 = 9900
Your total score is also 9900
Logs:
The participating stations must keep a protocol as follows and submit it at the end.
You have to calculate the points in your logs yourself and send the log with the results to us.
This makes the evaluation faster and more efficient. But we control your log and results.
Of course, as always, we count on trusting and professional cooperation.
In Short:
- Every station can only be logged once !
- Furthermore, the log must contain the information about the power group, so up to 100 Watt or unlimited.
- The log must contain the date, the call sign, the operator name and station report.
- You have to calculate up your points in the log and write the result into it.
- At last the log has to be in a digital format (for example in word, excel, text etc.) and must be sent to contest25@limaradio.de by the end of June 2025, deadline 30.06.2025.
Prices:
- In each group (up to 100 watts and unlimited) there is a trophy for places 1, 2 and 3 plus a certificate.
- There is only one certificate for places 4-10.
- Every Jolly Station gets a certificate and the Jolly Station with the most LimaRadio stations in the log gets a certificate and a trophy!

Informationen und Regeln zum Wettbewerb:
Der Wettbewerb findet an vier Tagen, verteilt auf zwei Wochenenden, für alle Mitglieder von Lima Radio statt.
Eine zusätzliche Anmeldung ist nicht erforderlich, alle Mitglieder von Lima Radio sind herzlich willkommen!
Hier sind die Termine:
-Samstag, 10. Mai von 00:00 Uhr bis Sonntag, 11. Mai 23:59 Uhr
-Samstag, 17. Mai 00:00 Uhr bis Sonntag, 18. Mai 23:59 Uhr
Die teilnehmenden Stationen müssen in einer der beiden folgenden Gruppen starten.
- Maximale Sendeleistung bis zu 100 Watt
- Maximale Sendeleistung unbegrenzt
Kein Gruppenwechsel innerhalb des Wettbewerbs!
Ziel des Wettbewerbs ist es, möglichst viele Stationen (sowohl LimaRadio als auch "nicht LimaRadio") zu kontaktieren
und dadurch möglichst viele Punkte zu sammeln.
Beim Wettbewerb müssen Sie über Raumwelle arbeiten! Sporadic E und Backscatter Verbindungen sind auch erlaubt.
Verbindungen über die Bodenwelle sind verboten und dürfen nicht geloggt werden!
Es gibt spezielle Stationen genannt „Jolly-Stationen“.
Die Jolly Stationen werden vor Beginn bekanntgegeben.
Wenn Sie diese Stationen erreichen, erhalten Sie 100 Punkte für jede Jolly-Station !
Punktesystem:
- 10 Punkte für jeden Kontakt
- 20 Punkte für jeden Kontakt mit einer Lima Radio Station
- 100 Punkte für den Kontakt mit einer LR Jolly Stations
- Am Ende werden alle Punkte mit der Anzahl der verschiedenen Länder (Divisionen/DXCCs) multipliziert
Beispiel:
Sie haben insgesamt 62 Kontakte
- 50 Kontakte zu nicht LimaRadio Stationen also 50x10 = 500
- 10 Kontakte zu LimaRadio Stationen also 10x20 = 200
- plus zwei LR Jolly Stationen also 2x100 = 200
und insgesamt 11 verschiedene Divisionen wurden gearbeitet.
Dann beträgt die Punktzahl 500+200+200 multipliziert mit 11
Also (500+200+200) x 11 = 9900
Ihre Gesamtpunktzahl beträgt also 9900
Logs:
Die teilnehmenden Stationen müssen ein Protokoll wie folgt führen und am Ende abgeben.
Sie müssen die Punkte in Ihren Protokollen selbst berechnen und das Protokoll mit den Ergebnissen an uns senden.
Dadurch wird die Auswertung schneller und effizienter. Aber wir kontrollieren Ihr Protokoll und Ihre Ergebnisse.
Selbstverständlich setzen wir wie immer auf eine vertrauensvolle und professionelle Zusammenarbeit.
Zusammenfassend:
- Jede Station kann nur einmal geloggt werden!
- Darüber hinaus muss das Protokoll Informationen zur Leistungsgruppe enthalten, also bis zu 100 Watt oder unbegrenzt.
- Das Protokoll muss das Datum, das Rufzeichen, den Namen des Operators und den Raport enthalten.
- Sie müssen Ihre Punkte im Protokoll zusammenzählen und das Ergebnis dort eintragen.
- Zuletzt muss das Protokoll in einem digitalen Format (zum Beispiel in Word, Excel, Text etc.) vorliegen und bis Ende Juni 2025, Einsendeschluss 30.06.2025, an contest25@limaradio.de gesendet werden.
Preise:
- In jeder Gruppe (bis 100 Watt und unbegrenzt) gibt es je einen Pokal für die Plätze 1,2 und 3 plus eine Urkunde.
- Für die Plätze 4-10 gibt es nur eine Urkunde.
- Jede Jolly Station bekommt eine Urkunde und die Jolly Station mit den meisten LimaRadio Stationen im Log bekommt eine Urkunde und einen Pokal !
